The Classic Decorating Company undertook and completed the decorating package at our Sycamore Road Project. Malcolm and his team worked extremely hard on the project and provided both the resource level and high-quality finish that we demand from our supply chain. As and when any issues arose, Malcolm was easily contactable and readily came to meetings with ideas and solutions. They are an excellent company and I have no hesitation in employing them on further projects or to recommending them to others.

I have used Classic Decorating on three projects, these being; Hatfield Phase 1, 700 student units, 85 kitchens and communal areas in a year, (600k), NWCD Cambridge 350no 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (700k), Bedford Riverside Development, 65 units and communal areas, completion of works after previous decorators removed from site. It should be said that Hatfield was a very challenging project which was three months behind with six months to go at around the point Malcolm's company commenced work. We completed on time which is testament to the way management and subcontractors worked together in very difficult circumstances. Classic are a company that I am obviously happy to use again and again. They are reasonably priced, responsive in programme terms, are not contractual and are easy to deal with. I know what I am getting with Malcolm and his teams. They understand; they respond; they will accept management and contribute to the delivery of the product to the Client. That is rare in this industry. It is why I will use Classic again and why I commend them to any good contractor that is seriously looking to deal fairly and reasonably with a fair and reasonable company to a common end.
