This ambitious project will bring together some of the world's most exciting education and cultural organisations, including University of the Arts London's London College of Fashion, Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) with the Smithsonian Institution, Sadler's Wells Theatre and the BBC.
Mace will be leading project and construction management along side 8 Build on the V&A East museum, Sadler’s Wells East theatre, London College of Fashion’s campus and the BBC Concert Hall.
Adjacent to the Olympic Stadium and Aquatic Centre it is in the middle of the Stratford Waterfront cultural and education district.
Stratford Waterfront will be home to a new museum from the V&A, a 550-seat theatre for Sadler’s Wells and a brand new campus for UAL’s London College of Fashion, set within a unique river-side location.
